Returns Policy

Our priority is to offer you the best shopping experience, which is why we guarantee the possibility of returning all orders that have not met your expectations.

You can request return of items purchased on no later than 14 days after the date you received the order. Returns for orders placed in the European Union countries are free of charge.
The shipping costs incurred to receive the order will not be refunded.
Our team will thoroughly examine the returned items, verifying their eligibility for return.

Every item returned must conform to our standards:

-The products must be returned in the same conditions they were received in, taking care not to remove the tags from the product;

-Returns of items without the anti-use seal and the tag with the barcode will not be accepted;

-Items must be returned with the original boxes where applicable;

-We do not accept any returns that show signs of further tear, not present at the time of purchase.

Returns that do not pass our quality checks will not be accepted. The package will be sent back to you, at your expense and the item will not be refunded.

Returns procedure


If you placed your order logging-in through your account, you can select the items you wish to return in the Orders and Returns section of your profile, indicating the reason in each case. Then follow the guided procedure to request pickup, indicating the address, date and preferred time slot.

Once you complete the procedure, an e-mail will notify you that the request has been received.
In the event you have placed your order as a guest, please write to, specifying the order number and the products that you intend to return. One of our representatives will soon get in touch with you to process your request.

Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you made the order.
You can track your return by using the tracking number you were given in the confirmation e-mail. You can also keep track of the status of your return in the Orders and Returns section.


Returns are normally processed within 5 (five) working days of receipt at our premises. When the return is accepted and the refund process begins, you will be notified by e-mail and your account will be updated.
The time necessary to see and receive the refund depends on the payment method chosen upon purchasing:

-Credit Card: you will receive a refund within 10 (ten) working days of confirmation that the return has been accepted. The time it takes for the refund to be made on your account depends on the credit card network.

-PayPal: you will receive the refund within 24 hours of confirmation that the return has been accepted.
